  • Export a single SOP, a workflow, or a complete handbook
  • Custom templates with logo, cover image, header/footer, and approval block
  • Templates are saved org-wide for consistency
  • Client-side rendering preserves layout, tables, and images
  • Auto-generated cover page, table of contents, and page numbers

About this demo

Most teams still need PDFs. Auditors ask for them. Regulators archive them. Remote sites print them and pin them to the wall. This demo shows how WorkProcedures turns a living digital handbook into a polished PDF without losing the structure or branding.

Export works on three levels: a single SOP, a complete workflow, or a full handbook. You can use the default template or create a custom one — set your logo, cover image, header and footer, and optional approval block with signature lines for process owners. Templates are saved to your organisation so every export is consistent, whether it's done by you or a colleague.

Under the hood the export uses client-side rendering with jsPDF and html2canvas, so what you see on screen is exactly what prints. Tables, images, numbered steps and section headers all carry over. The finished PDF includes a cover page, auto-generated table of contents, and page numbers — ready to send to an auditor or archive in your document management system.
