The generator is powered by retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) over a curated library of more than 10,000 real industry procedures. Rather than hallucinating steps, the AI grounds every output in examples from your industry — so terminology, compliance language, and safety notes match what auditors and regulators actually expect.
Each generated SOP arrives pre-structured with a title, purpose, scope, prerequisites, numbered steps, and review notes. You can edit any section inline, tag it for your library, or export it to PDF or Word with one click. If you're on a Team plan, the generator also references your uploaded company procedures so new SOPs match your house style.
