What you'll see in this demo

By the end of this demo you'll see how to turn a library of individual SOPs into a coherent end-to-end process your team can follow.

  • Drag SOPs from your library onto a sequenced outline
  • Group related steps into named sections for clarity
  • Auto-save prevents lost work
  • Workflows stay live-linked to the underlying SOPs
  • Compile to a shareable handbook or branded PDF

About this demo

A single SOP tells someone how to do one task. A workflow tells someone how those tasks fit together — which runs first, which depends on another, and how a whole process plays out from start to finish. This demo shows how to assemble that picture using procedures you already have.

The builder uses a list-based outline on the left and a SOP selector on the right. You drag any procedure from your library into the outline, reorder steps with the mouse, and group related SOPs into named sections — "Day 1", "Week 1", "First 90 Days", or whatever structure fits your process. Changes auto-save, so nothing is lost if you navigate away.

Every workflow stays linked to the underlying SOPs. Update a procedure in your library and every workflow referencing it updates automatically. When you're ready to publish, compile the workflow into a digital handbook with grouped sections, share a live URL with your team, or export a branded PDF.
